Polystyrene comes in many shapes and forms ranging from expanded polystyrene like (protective packaging, agricultural seedling trays, organ boxes, insulation etc) to extrude polystyrene like (take away containers, food trays, including meat and vegetables) and high impact polystyrene like (6 pack yoghurt tubs, bread tags). By separating at source cleaning and putting in your recycling bin, you can bring polystyrene back to life in wall paneling, skirtings and lightweight cement bricks here in South Africa.
